Was Bernie Kosar Out Of Line Poll

Make sure to vote to the left about if Bernie Kosar was out of line during his commentary of the St. Louis Rams and Clevenland Browns Pre-season game that had Jeff Fisher comment back.

Bernie Kosar Makes Unprofessional Comments

Bernie Kosar is back in the spotlight, and once again it's not for the best of reasons. Last Thursday night, the St. Louis Rams visited the Cleveland Browns in both teams' Pre-season opener where the Browns beat the Rams 27-19. Former NFL QB Bernie Kosar was acting as the color commentator and made comments that got Rams coach Jeff Fisher riled up and now has the Browns reviewing Kosar's comments.

First off, let's make it clear that this is a pre-season game. Teams still have 90 men on their rosters and are trying to see who fits their system. Simply put, pre-season success does not equal to post season success (put in perspective former St. Louis Rams Coach Steve Spagnuolo went 11-1 in the pre-season but 10-38 in the regular season). You will not see the best product on the field, especially from rookies who never played in the NFL before.

Simply put, Bernie made comments around the lines of "These Rams receivers are terrible, and I see why Sam Bradford has had a tough time", "You have to make catches like this in the NFL", and "I hope I don't know the Ram's receiver coach because he's doing a terrible job". Now, those aren't that bad of comments and wouldn't warrant any criticism. Kosar did take it further though, he also said something around the lines of "If I was a parent of one of these Ram's receivers I would be embarrassed". Now that is unprofessional, considering most of these players are sophomores or rookies. It also is ironic considering Kosar must feel a certain shame about his own child known as Lexxi Silver in the porn industry.

Kosar didn't just attack the Rams receiving corps though. He grilled into Rams backup QB Kellen Clemens. Yes, that was read right, he grilled into the Rams BACKUP QB. Making comments that incorporated Pope Benedict XVI.

Saturday, Jeff Fisher took time to explain how he lost respect for Bernie and was proud of his team. Jeff is just doing what a coach should do, he stood up for his team and made the young guys know they did a good job so the players won't have this lingering in their heads. Fisher is usually a pretty professional guy so if he is making remarks about Bernie than they must be warranted. That said, this is the NFL and comments will be made. Fisher should of probably let this one go.

A Look Back At Three Recently Retired Players

Recently three known players retired. We'll take a look at their stats, career, and HOF potential.

Ronde Barber - Safety

Ronde Barber was the first of the following three players to retire only a few weeks ago. Many would claim he wasn't so great but that could just be him overshadowed by his loud mouth little brother Tiki. Barber played in over 240 games since 1997. Barber had 28 sacks, 47 interceptions, and 8 defensive touchdown. All great numbers. Barber lives in a time of great DBs such as Charles Woodson and Champ Bailey. The Hall of Fame has not been to kind to DBs but all three of these players should get in. Barber could potentially be a first ballot Hall of Famer but expect to see him more of a third to fifth ballot.

Steve Smith - Wide Receiver

Steve Smith (the non-Carolina one) is the definition of a player who was truly affected by an lingering injury. Only being in the league since 2007 where he was drafted 51st overall to the New York Giant, Smith got a Superbowl ring his rookie year despite only catching 8 balls. However, his productivity came quite important to the Giants. In 2008, Smith caught 57 passes, the next year he caught 50 more tham the previous year (107). Smith looked like to have a very high ceiling but in 2010, Smith received a devastating injury that never quite healed properly. The next two season he played for both the Eagles and Rams, however Smith only caught for 255 receiving yards. This off season Smith signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but just two days ago he retired. Though it seem premature, Smith knows his body and he does not think it could handle a training camp. There seems to be no HOF chances for Steve.

Brian Urlacher - Linebacker

Brian Urlacher is quite similar to Ronde Barber. Coming into the NFL as the 9th overall pick by the Chicago Bears, he, similar to Barber, stayed with one team his entire career. Since the moment he stepped on the field Urlacher has been a non replaceable leader for the Bears. Many claim that Urlacher and Ray Lewis are the two people to have redefined the linebacker position for the modern NFL. The Bears chose not to resign Urlacher this off season which helped him decide to retire. Urlacher had 41.5 sacks, 22 interceptions, and two defensive touchdowns in his career. Brian could be a first ballot HOFer but with the retirement of Ray Lewis (who just won a Superbowl) the same year, Urlacher may be looking at a second, third, or maybe even a fourth ballot selection.

Three Surprise Players To Watch Out For

Continuing on with our recent theme. The following three players are people you might not have on your radar, but should.

1. Andy Dalton - QB - Cincinnati Bengals

Okay, this might not be such a surprise since Dalton has been pretty solid and led his team to the playoffs already. However, the chances are most people won't have that big of an eye on him. Last season Dalton threw for over 3,500 yards. There is only an upside as the teams in the North get weaker.

2. Christian Ponder - QB - Minnesota Vikings

Next up is another young QB. Ponder has been ridiculed by fans and critics for his play. The Vikings have verbally committed to Ponder. With new first round picks, Floyd and Rhodes, and the addition of Jennings, despite the loss of Harvin, Ponder's numbers won't be much bigger, but better.

3. Daryl Richardson - RB - St. Louis Rams

This is a risky call as Richardson might not even be the starting running back for the Rams. Jeff Fisher said Isaiah Pead will have the chance to earn the starting job. Zac Stacy could steal the starting job too, but Richardson is still the favorite. Richardson a seventh rounder constantly is proving himself worthy. With as much as almost 500 yards rushing as the back up last season, that could double as a starter.

Three Players To Watch Out For

Look for these three players to make a huge impact in the upcoming season.

1. Danny Amendola - WR - New England Patriots

Amendola is with a new team led by Tom Brady. Danny was a key factor for the St. Louis Rams offense the past few years, but injuries kept him off the field for a considerable amount of time the past few seasons. While that should be a concern going into next season, you should remember that the Patriots don't need Amendola like how the Rams utilized him. The lesser role should not only help Amendola by keeping defending teams put less defenders on him but also by helping him stay healthy.

2. Eli Manning - QB - New York Giants

Two years ago Manning led the Giants to a Super Bowl win against the Patriots. Last year, Manning didn't lead his team to the playoffs. After being dwarfed by the hype that is RGIII, look for Manning to put up big numbers. Last year, Manning threw for almost 4,000 yards. If his receiver core stays healthy then Manning should throw for over that.

3. Wes Welker - WR - Denver Broncos

Welker and Amendola are two identical players except Welker is proven. That still didn't stop the Patriots from allowing Welker to walk, and sign Amendola in the process. Welker will be facing the Patriots this year, and both teams are expected to be contenders. Watch for Wes to play with a chip on his shoulder.

Rivalries Now: 6-10

In the spirit of last weeks post. We will be looking at the next best rivalries. It's important to state that this list isn't about the all time greatest rivalries but the best rivalries out there today.

10. Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins

Many debate that these two franchises hold the best rivalry of all-time. While the teams haven't been their best the past few years they still hate each other just as much. Last year's finale ignited a fire once again. While the Redskins got the best of the Cowboys winning the East, RG3's injury concerns could give the Cowboys a much need head start this upcoming season.

9. San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams

This is an old rivalry that used to be two California based teams. Few teams have gotten the better of the 49ers last year. The Rams did twice. Yes, technically these teams tied one game but the Rams were a much lesser talented team than the 49ers. However, Jim Harbaugh was out-coached, leaving question if Fisher really is the best coach in the division.

8. Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts

For many years Houston was second to Indianapolis, but the past two seasons Houston has been atop of the South. It seemed the the Colts would have a long rebuilding time frame but Andrew Luck has already made them a playoff team. Houston is strong but they have many weakness that Luck and the Colts are ready to exploit.

7. Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots

The past two AFC Championships featured these two teams. The first saw a last second Patriot win while the second saw a Raven win. It wouldn't be out of the question to see another Raven/Patriot championship game.

6. Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers

The Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers seem to always fight it out with their tough defenses. These two teams and fans hate each other. While Pittsburgh hasn't had the best season last year they still will fight for the division against a Ravens team that doesn't look quite the same from last year.

Rivalries Now: Top 5

Yes, nothing compares to the old Bears/Packers, the Redskins/Cowboys, but we're talking about the hottest rivalries today.

5. Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings

Green Bay has controlled the division for a while and the road to the North is through them. However, the Vikings gave the Packers some trouble last year splitting the series. Their records only finished one game apart. After a big first round draft for the Vikes, the team looks to contend for the North. But don't forget the Vikes signed former Packer Greg Jennings. Green Bay is still a little sore about Favre joining their rivals a few years ago.

4. Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints

No team has finished on top of the NFC South two years in a row in a long time. The Falcons and Saints have been those two teams that seem to be contenders this year. While Matt Ryan finally had some post-season success, Drew Brees was left in New Orleans with a bounty scandal that led to the dismissal of Sean Payton for a year. They Saints were still a threat though finishing 7-9. With Payton back, watch this division come down to the wire.

3. Denver Broncos and New England Patriots

This isn't much of a Broncos/Patriots rivalry as it is a Tom Brady/Peyton Manning rivalry. This past season was a second coming of this Rivalry with a reincarnation of one of the players in Denver. It seems as if the top two teams in the AFC once again feature Brady and Manning.

2. Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos

What a game last year's divisional round between these two clubs was! That Raven win sparked one of the hottest rivalries out their today. Not just between fans but players. The Broncos open up against the Ravens with some Bronco players claiming they requested that game first.

1. San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks

If you go on any NFL forum, you would see that there isn't a bigger fire than the 49ers and Seahawks fans arguments  Both have had two young successful QBs last year, and are considered to be the top two teams this year. While the 49ers won the division twice in a row, and made the Superbowl, the Seahawks were recently ranked first on ESPN's Power Rankings, and still claim to their 42-13 win last season.

NFC WEST: Pre-Draft Predictions and Analysis

Note: This is a pre-draft analysis on the teams and predictions based on the new schedule release. Moshe Football understands that some of the teams records may seem too high or too low. This is due to the type of quick predictions. Moshe Football will also have after draft predictions, and post pre-season predictions (the main one that will be deeper analyzed and the one Moshe Football will stand by). So if you have any beef, save it for the later predictions.

NFC WEST

y-San Francisco 49ers 15-1

x-St. Louis Rams 10-6

x-Seattle Seahawks 10-6

Arizona Cardinals 1-15

Z= Conference Champs, Y=Division Champs, X=Playoff Spot

San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco was great last year, and they've only gotten better. Colin Kaepernick didn't even play for a full year and it is still a question on how to beat him. With over 12 draft picks and without the room to hold all of them, expect the 49ers to trade up for better players.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 13 vs St. Louis Rams - The Rams gave the 49ers some great games and trouble last year but this year the 49ers will sweep the Rams.

Notable Loss: Week 1 vs Green Bay Packers - After this loss the 49ers will go 15-0.

St. Louis Rams

This is the riskiest pick of all. St. Louis has the potential to be great or to be one of the worst teams in the NFL. People forget they had no defensive coordinator last year and with the presence of Tim Walton, the defense should finally strive to where it's potential is. Their biggest concern is not their offensive weapons. Let's be real Steven Jackson was not the same player and Amendola was too injury prone. The Rams need to address the safety position and they should be fine. Don't be surprised for them to resign Mikell after the draft.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 17 at Seattle Seahawks - The Rams will finally beat the Seahawks in that final game.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 13 at San Francisco 49ers - The Rams will be swept by the 49ers.

Seattle Seahawks

Seahawk fans will not be happy with being third in the division, but they won't be happy unless they're first after all the smack talk they've been saying this year. 10-6 is pretty good and only one less game then they won last year. Wilson will probably have a sophomore slump as defenses will be prepared for him.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 13 vs New Orleans Saints - A very good looking win.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 10 at Atlanta Falcons - The Seahawks don't get their revenge on the Falcons from last years playoff game.

Arizona Cardinals

Arians will be an immediate improvement as coach. However, Palmer is washed up, and with no offensive line, it's not looking good for Arizona fans.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 5 vs Carolina Panthers - The only win for Arizona.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 11 at Jacksonville Jaguars - The loss here will give Arizona the first overall draft pick.

NFC NORTH: Pre-Draft Predictions and Analysis

Note: This is a pre-draft analysis on the teams and predictions based on the new schedule release. Moshe Football understands that some of the teams records may seem too high or too low. This is due to the type of quick predictions. Moshe Football will also have after draft predictions, and post pre-season predictions (the main one that will be deeper analyzed and the one Moshe Football will stand by). So if you have any beef, save it for the later predictions.

NFC NORTH

y-Green Bay Packers 14-2

Detroit Lions 9-7

Chicago Bears 7-9

Minnesota Vikings 6-10

Z= Conference Champs, Y=Division Champs, X=Playoff Spot

GREEN BAY PACKERS

The Packers had a little trouble last year but no team can compete with them in the division. Aaron Rodgers and the receivers (minus Jennings) might still be the best passing game in the league. If they just had a pass protection game then they'd be this years Superbowl winners.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 1 at San Francisco 49ers - The Packers will get revenge from last seasons playoff game.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 11 at New York Giants - Once again the Giants beat the Pack.

Detroit Lions

Detroit just had one of those years that resulted them in receiving the 5th overall pick. They still have a deep threat in Megatron and Stafford. They play like a wild card team and will give any team trouble any time. The biggest loss this off season for the Lions is Avril, but many think he was just a success in Detroit do to the system and his surrounding cast.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 12 vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers - A team who will be competing for a wildcard.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 17 vs Minnesota Vikings - The Lions season will end when they can't tie two NFC West teams at 10-6.

Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears will be lucky to have an average season like this but their schedule should permit it. With no Urlacher and a new coach who comes from the CFL this team should be interesting to look at.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 5 vs New Orleans Saints - The Saints are a contender for not only a wildcard but their division. This is a big win for new Coach Marc Trestman.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 17 vs Green Bay Packers - The Bears will be swept by their long time foes.

Minnesota Vikings

Minnesota surprised everyone last year with a playoff appearance. That won't happen this year. Adrian Peterson can't carry the team on his own once again. Getting Jennings away from a division foe though was a great move. They give Ponder (who really is trying his best) a proven threat.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 17 at Detroit Lions - They Vikings will ruin Detroit's season.

NOTABLE LOSS:Week 12 at Green Bay Packers - The Vikings gave Green Bay trouble last year, but not this year.

NFC SOUTH: Pre-draft Predictions and Analysis

Note: This is a pre-draft analysis on the teams and predictions based on the new schedule release. Moshe Football understands that some of the teams records may seem too high or too low. This is due to the type of quick predictions. Moshe Football will also have after draft predictions, and post pre-season predictions (the main one that will be deeper analyzed and the one Moshe Football will stand by). So if you have any beef, save it for the later predictions.

NFC SOUTH

y-Atlanta Falcons 14-2

New Orleans Saints 9-7

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-9

Carolina Panthers 2-14

Z= Conference Champs, Y=Division Champs, X=Playoff Spot

Atlanta Falcons

Moshe Football is predicting the Atlanta Falcons to be the pre-draft predictions' Superbowl winners. Maybe it's because it would be the right justice for Steven Jackson. But this team has only gotten better from last year with a positive off season. While the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers are getting all the coverage, it's the Falcons who will be the toughest team in the NFC.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 10 vs Seattle Seahawks - Atlanta will lose to the 49ers and Packers this season, so this game will show their legitimacy.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 16 at San Francisco 49ers - The 49ers beat the Falcons to represent the NFC in the Superbowl last year.

New Orleans Saints

The Saints finished 7-9 last year. That's while starting the season off horribly and the lack of Sean Payton. So his coaching return should only help the Saints. Still their defense has much needed work and that'll keep them out of the playoffs.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 15 at St. Louis Rams - This win will be one of the Saints most legitimate wins of the season to an otherwise easy schedule.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 12 at Atlanta Falcons - The Saints will be swept by the Falcons and help an NFC South team win the division two years in a row, something that hasn't happened in a long time.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Acquiring Revis from the Jets was a great move, but he won't quite be the same player as he once was. The Bucs have been a solid team the past few years, but they'll have to play superior teams in their division along with the superior teams in NFC West.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 10 vs Miami Dolphins - A very solid win.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 15 vs San Francisco 49ers - The first loss to finish 0-3 on the season and end with a losing record.

Carolina Panthers

The Panthers will probably win more than two games this season, possibly around seven again. What they need is another weapon besides for Steve Smith and Cam Newton offensively to be the ultimate threat. However, even with a decent defense, their schedule will be too much for them.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 15 vs New York Jets - Beating the lowly Jets isn't too special.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 5 at Arizona Cardinals - The Panthers will give the Cardinals their only win of the season.

NFC EAST: Pre-Draft Predictions and Analysis

Note: This is a pre-draft analysis on the teams and predictions based on the new schedule release. Moshe Football understands that some of the teams records may seem too high or too low. This is due to the type of quick predictions. Moshe Football will also have after draft predictions, and post pre-season predictions (the main one that will be deeper analyzed and the one Moshe Football will stand by). So if you have any beef, save it for the later predictions.

NFC EAST

y-New York Giants 10-6

Philadelphia Eagles 8-8

Washington Redskins 8-8

Dallas Cowboys 7-9

Z= Conference Champs, Y=Division Champs, X=Playoff Spot

New York Giants

The NFC East might be the most fun division to watch this year as Eli Manning will be back in the playoffs, but will not get a guarantee until the end of the season. However, no prediction is great here as any team can win the division.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 17 vs Washington Redskins - The Giants win will give them a full two games ahead of the Redskins instead of tying with Washington at 9-7.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 16 at Detroit Lions - The Giants loss will make their season uncertain and final game most exciting.

Philadelphia Eagles

Usually with a new coach it is expected for a team to not quite succeed. But the Eagles have so much talent, and Michael Vick needs to prove himself, expect them to finish at least second in the division.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 16 vs Chicago Bears - This win will prolong the Eagles season until next week.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 17 at Dallas Cowboys - This loss will end their season.

Washington Redskins

Mike Shanahan saved his job last year with the RGIII pick. They should be favorites to win the division if Griffin can stay healthy, but after last years ACL injury, Shanahan has recently stated Griffin will only play when he is 100% healthy. This put all the speculation away that suggested Shanahan would try getting Griffin to play otherwise. Don't expect to see RGIII in until after the season starts.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 16 Vs Dallas Cowboys - This win gives the Redskins a chance to tie the division.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 17 at New York Giants - This loss will end the Redskins season.

Dallas Cowboys

It'll be another disappointing season for Cowboy fans as their team finishes last in the division only by a game. Romo received a big contract, and he'll need to prove his worth this season.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 17 vs Philadelphia Eagles - The Cowboys will ruin the Eagles season.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week vs Green Bay Packers - The Packers will ruin the Cowboys season.

AFC WEST: Pre-Draft Predictions and Analysis

Note: This is a pre-draft analysis on the teams and predictions based on the new schedule release. Moshe Football understands that some of the teams records may seem too high or too low. This is due to the type of quick predictions. Moshe Football will also have after draft predictions, and post pre-season predictions (the main one that will be deeper analyzed and the one Moshe Football will stand by). So if you have any beef, save it for the later predictions.

AFC WEST

y-Denver Broncos 14-2

San Diego Chargers 7-9

Oakland Raiders 6-10

Kansas City Chiefs 4-12

Z= Conference Champs, Y=Division Champs, X=Playoff Spot

Denver Broncos

The Broncos have is what is considered the easiest schedule in the NFL. Simply looking at the schedule one could agree, especially since they play in the AFC West (the new NFC West?). With great pick ups as Wes Welker, the Broncos should ease through the season.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 1 vs Baltimore Ravens - Beating the Super Bowl champs that kicked them out of the playoffs will give the Broncos a confidence boost.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 12 at New England Patriots - The team they will eventually lose the AFC Championship to, and another loss for Manning against Brady.
San Diego Chargers

Finally Norv Turner is gone. The Chargers have talent to be a top team in the AFC, but their leadership has prevented that in the past. New coach Mike McCoy won't make an immediate impact but won't make this team any worse. They could be a surprise team. Is it okay to call the Chargers a surprise team?

NOTABLE WIN: Week 4 vs Dallas Cowboys - After starting 0-3, the Charger's will get their first win of the season and go 6-6 from here.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 2 at Philadelphia Eagles - The Eagles will give the Chargers the dreaded 0-2.

Oakland Raiders

QB is the position in question for the Raiders. After the riddance of Carson Palmer, the team is in much need   for someone behind center. Otherwise if this team is healthy (e.g McFadden), they are always a threat.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 6 at Kansas City Chiefs - Oakland will show that they're at least better than Kansas.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 17 vs Denver Broncos - The Raiders will be swept once again by Denver.

Kansas City Chiefs

With the leadership of Andy Reid, many are giving the Chiefs much praise. But don't be surprised when this team is a disappointment. Reid should of pulled a Jeff Fisher and take a year off before coming back.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 1 vs Jacksonville Jaguars - The Chiefs will start the season 1-0, making Andy Reid look great.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 3 at Philadelphia Eagles - Andy Reid will loos against his former team.

AFC NORTH: Pre-Draft Predictions and Analysis

Note: This is a pre-draft analysis on the teams and predictions based on the new schedule release. Moshe Football understands that some of the teams records may seem too high or too low. This is due to the type of quick predictions. Moshe Football will also have after draft predictions, and post pre-season predictions (the main one that will be deeper analyzed and the one Moshe Football will stand by). So if you have any beef, save it for the later predictions.

AFC NORTH

y-Pittsburgh Steelers 13-3

x-Baltimore Ravens 7-9

Cincinnati Bengals 6-10

Cleveland Browns 3-13

Z= Conference Champs, Y=Division Champs, X=Playoff Spot

Pittsburgh Steelers

Say what you want about the guy, but Ben Roethlisberger is possibly the toughest QB in the league. After an 8-8 season don't expect Big Ben and Mike Tomlin to allow that again. But whatever improvements the Steelers will make the real reason they will win their division is do to the dismantling of the Ravens. Though the record worked out to 13-3, that is too high. Expect the Steelers to win the division at 10-6.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 16 at Green Bay Packers - The Steelers will show they can be a threat in the playoffs

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 9 at New England Patriots - The AFC rival will show they're still the team to beat.

Baltimore Ravens

Okay. Let's start here by saying the Ravens will make the playoffs, and no, not with a losing record. They will not win the division however. The current champions are not the same team as they were when they won the Superbowl. A lot of it starts with the Joe Flacco contract which will eventually be the downfall of this team due to a just above average QB getting too much money. Even with a dismal off season, the acquisition of Elvis Dumervil from Denver is a light in the tunnel and hurts their opening day opponents.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 17 at Cincinnati Bengals - The win here will put the Ravens into the playoffs.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 1 at Denver Broncos - The much anticipated game will be most un-epic.

Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals can realistically win the division this year. Andy Dalton is a hard worker and him and A.J Green can be a threat for anyone. With the acquisition of James Harrison, look out for this team to win games. However, that being said, the Bengals are still just an average team.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 2 vs the Pittsburgh Steelers - The Bengals first win will come against their best division rival.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 17 vs Baltimore Ravens - The loss here will put the Bengals a game behind the Ravens and out of the playoffs.

Cleveland Browns

Not showing faith in Brandon Weeden and trading Colt McCoy, the situation in Cleveland is quite dim. But the problem with Colt McCoy is he had no weapons around him. The same with Brandon Weeden. The defense is decent enough and the Browns made a great choice in Trent Richardson. With the 6th pick this year, a great choice can make the biggest difference.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 8 vs Kansas City Chiefs - This game may be fought for a worse draft pick.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 1 vs Miami Dolphins - The start to another bad season.

Houston Texans

Slack will definitely be given over this, especially considering their schedule includes the 49ers, Seahawks, Ravens, Patriots, and Broncos. But the Texans will finish on top of the AFC at the end of the regular season. It's the playoffs the Texans won't survive.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 16 vs Denver Broncos - A win over the broncos may very well give the Texans the first seed.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 5 at San Francisco 49ers - Losing here will hurt their validity.

Indianapolis Colts

The Colt's schedule is not so bad. They just won't be making it this year. In the early predictions the Colts tied with the Ravens for the final seed, having to go down to the strength of victory to lose the tie breaker to the Ravens. While the Ravens will actually win more than seven games next year. Seven seems about right for last year's surprise team.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 2 vs Miami Dolphins - The Colts will start the season 2-0. A win versus Miami will give the Colts an important head to head advantage when it comes time to fight for playoff spots.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 5 vs Seahawks - The Colts first two losses will be against NFC West teams.

Tennessee Titans

The Titans were nothing special last year and this year won't be too different. But if Tennessee could improve their 1-5 record against their division this team can be a surprise. The toughest part of their schedule is a three week road stretch including one division game and the Broncos.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 11 vs Indianapolis Colts - A sweep in this series could result to second place in the division for the winner.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 13 at Indianapolis Colts - This will even out the race for the final wildcard spot.

Jacksonville Jaguars

This team is a mess but Jones-Drew and Blackmon are a light in the darkness. Moshe Football predicts this team to fight out for the first pick in 2014.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 11 vs Arizona Cardinals - The Jags only win will screw them out of the first pick.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 1 vs Kansas City Chiefs - The start to a bad season.

AFC EAST: Pre-Draft Predictions and Analysis

Note: This is a pre-draft analysis on the teams and predictions based on the new schedule release. Moshe Football understands that some of the teams records may seem too high or too low. This is due to the type of quick predictions. Moshe Football will also have after draft predictions, and post pre-season predictions (the main one that will be deeper analyzed and the one Moshe Football will stand by). So if you have any beef, save it for the later predictions.

AFC EAST

y-New England Patriots 14-2 (The two seed)

x-Miami Dolphins 8-8 (The five seed)

New York Jets 5-11

Buffalo Bills 3-13

Z= Conference Champs, Y=Division Champs, X=Playoff Spot

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Who else would win this division? Year in and year out the Pats dominate the AFC East and are Moshe Football's early prediction to represent the AFC in the Superbowl. Tom Brady did the ultimate justice this year by taking less money than he deserves thus guaranteeing the Pats dominance for years to come. However, one move this off season will really be in question. The choice to not resign Wes Welker for Danny Amendola makes very little sense. Yes, Amendola is younger but Welker has very good chemistry with Brady. With Amendola injury prone and allowing Welker to go to possibly the best team in the AFC will be something to watch for. However, the truth is, if Gronkowski is healthy then this Welker situation may
be a non-story. The Patriots schedule does not only seem doable for them but seems easy.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 12 vs Denver Broncos - A team they will meet in the AFC Championship game.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 4 at Atlanta Falcons - A team they will meet in the Superbowl.

MIAMI DOLPHINS

Don't be surprised if a Dream Team 2.0 situation comes about in Miami. That being said, Moshe Football predicts Miami to make the playoffs (and probably win more that eight games). Mike Wallace and Dustin Keller are good additions for Tannehill and Hartline to make the offense a threat. With an already decent defense this team can make some big upsets. Losing Jake Long will only benefit the team as he did not fit in the new offensive line zone scheme the Dolphins started using last season.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 4 vs Baltimore Ravens - Beating the NFL Champs will be the first step to legitimacy.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 2 at Indianapolis Colts - The Colts and Dolphins will be fighting it out this season for a wildcard spot.

NEW YORK JETS

This team has become a joke starting with the Mark Sanchez/Tim Tebow experiment. Just a few years removed from back to back AFC Championship appearances, this team's future is unpredictable. Will the Revis' situation be settled? And is Rex Ryan on the hot seat? However, let's remember this, every so often Rex can be hell of a coach.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 13 vs Miami Dolphins - Beating the Dolphins can hurt Miami's chances for a playoff appearance late in the season.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 2 at New England Patriots - An early division loss can put Rex Ryan is quite a tough spot.

BUFFALO BILLS

The release of Ryan Fitzpatrick was quite a shock considering he was a pretty good QB, but the relief on the Bill's salary cap is most welcomed. Kevin Kolb joined the Bills to win a Superbowl but let's be real. He would of taken any offer for a starting job. His health will be a concern, especially with the lack of weapons around him.

NOTABLE WIN: Week 15 at Jacksonville Jaguars - This could be a game for a better draft pick.

NOTABLE LOSS: Week 9 vs Kansas City Chiefs - This may also be a draft pick game.

Sorry

Moshe Football took a year off from NFL analysis. The deepest apologizes for that. The good news is Moshe Football is now back. To start it off, schedule analysis along with pre-draft prediction will soon follow this post.
