Rams Absolutely Destroy Raiders 52-0

Two former Los Angeles teams met today in St. Louis on the dawn of the controversial grand jury decision in the Michael Brown case from Ferguson. The Rams receiving core came out and gave a tribute to Ferguson. However, we are not here to talk about current issues. We are here to talk football, and today the St. Louis Rams shut out the Oakland Raiders. Incidentally, the last time the Rams shut out an opponent was in 2006 against the Oakland Raiders. Tre Mason had a career game (but he's only a rookie) with three touchdowns. The Rams finished the half 38-0 before playing half speed in the second half to finish the game 52-0.

Rams Pros - Brian Schottenheimer called a great game and got two of his biggest play makers in Tavon Austin and Tre Mason involved from the get-go.

Rams Cons - There weren't many today, just a few stupid defensive penalties that could have been avoided.

Raiders Pros - There weren't many here either but Maurice Jones-Drew had a 13 yard run.

Raiders Cons - Allowing a team to shut you out 52-0 and not all the points were from their offense.

Player of the Game: Tre Mason

Happy Thanksgiving

Moshe Football wants to wish all it's followers a happy Thanksgiving. We are truly thankful for you.

Week 13 Bold Predictions 2014-2015

Three predictions exclusively for the Thanksgiving games.

1. Matthew Stafford breaks the Thanksgiving passing yards record.

The record is held at 455 yards by Troy Aikman, and the Lions QB will break it.

2. No penalties will be called in the first quarter of the Eagles vs Cowboys game.

Even with the rivalry, the game will be clean in the first quarter.

3. Richard Sherman doesn't get thrown at.

Colin Kaepernick knows what happens when you throw in Richard Sherman's territory, and the 49er's QB will be fearful.

Thursday Night Football Week 13 2014-2015

Tonight we look at two of tomorrow's three Thanksgiving games,

Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys

This is going to be a great game. Both of these NFC East teams are 8-3 and the heads of the division. However, the Eagles have a slight lead as they have no losses in the division while the Cowboys lost to the Redskins. These two teams will play each other again, but a win will give them and early tie breaker.

Cowboys 41, Eagles 37

Seattle at San Francisco

This is another great game as both NFC West teams need this win. The Cardinals hold first place in the division as they are two games ahead of both teams at 9-2. The NFC playoff race is tight, and right now these two teams are fighting for a wildcard spot.

49ers 24, Seahawks 19

Game and Dog of the Week: Week 13 2014-2015

GAME OF THE WEEK

New England Patriots at Green Bay Packers

On almost every power ranking list is the Patriots and Packers taking up the number one and number two spots. With the Cardinals loss last week, it's hard to deny this. Now we get to see which major offense in the best.

Packers 44, Patriots 41

DOG OF THE WEEK

Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans

This is an AFC South rivalry, Unfortunately, the South on both ends isn't so interesting this year. The Texans need to win to stay in the playoff hunt.

Texans 21, Titans 14

UPSET OF THE WEEK

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions

In the words of Brian Griffin to some lions on Thanksgiving "Shouldn't you be in Detroit right now losing a football game". And that's what will happen.

Bears 34, Lions 20

Week 13 Power Rankings 2014-2015

*Teams can move only within five spots.

1(2)-New England Patriots-(9-2)-The Patriots find themselves on top of the power rankings for the first time this season.

2(3)-Dallas Cowboys-(8-3)-Beckham Jr.'s catch wasn't good enough for a Cowboy's comeback.

3(5)-Green Bay Packers-(8-3)-The season is very much shaping up to have a Patriots/Packers Superbowl.

4(6)-Denver Broncos-(8-3)-Denver avoided a St. Louis situation again, but this team needs to work on themselves badly or they will be a one and done playoff team.

5(1)-Arizona Cardinals-(9-2)-Fair weather fans, it is not quite time yet to jump off the Arizona bandwagon.

6(7)-Philadelphia Eagles-(8-3)-Funny, but everyone seemingly has forgotten about the Eagles.

7(8)-Seattle Seahawks-(7-4)-Seattle got what was very likely a must win and continue to be in the NFC hunt.

8(9)-Indianapolis Colts-(7-4)-Luck threw for 253 yards as the Colts got a gimme win vs Jacksonville.

9(4)-Kansas City Chiefs-(7-4)-Our prayers go out to Eric Berry.

10(11)-San Diego Chargers-(7-4)-Wow, what a great game Sunday. That finish was one of those that make you realize why you love football.

11(12)-San Francisco 49ers-(7-4)-Boldin had a big day as the 49ers beat the Redskins.

12(13)-Baltimore Ravens-(7-4)-After giving much hate to the Ravens earlier in the season, Moshe Football's money is on the Raven's to win the AFC North.

13(10)-Detroit Lions-(7-4)-Detroit has lost two in a row and now is out of first place in the NFC North.

14(14)-Pittsburgh Steelers-(7-4)-The Steelers are one of the last two teams coming off their bye and face the Saints who just lost to the Ravens.

15(15)-Cincinnati Bengals-(7-3-1)-The AFC North keeps getting more interesting as all teams in the division won.

16(16)-Cleveland Browns-(7-4)-The Browns showed versatility as they came back to beat the Falcons.

17(17)-Miami Dolphins-(6-5)-Miami stays put despite the loss to Denver.

18(18)-Buffalo Bills-(6-5)-Many people have been speculating that the Bills will lose out their schedule.

19(21)-Chicago Bears-(5-6)-The Bears win in Tampa keeps them afloat in the playoff hunt.

20(19)-Houston Texans-(5-6)-The Texans are two games out and their playoff hopes are diminishing in the final stretch.

21(20)-New Orleans Saints-(4-6)-The Saints can't seem to get a break when trying to pull away in the NFC South. This week they face a tough game against the Steelers.

22(22)-Atlanta Falcons-(4-7)-It's actually the Falcons who are first place in the South. They face and Arizona team that just lost some major ground in the NFC West.

23(23)-St. Louis Rams-(4-7)-The Rams playoff hopes probably went out the door with Sunday's loss.

24(24)-New York Giants-(3-8)-Together the NYC teams only have five wins in the season. Not a good time to be a New Yorker.

25(25)-Carolina Panthers(3-5-1)-The Panthers are coming off their bye and are set to face the Vikings.

26(26)-Minnesota Vikings-(4-7)-The Vikings face the team right above them in the rankings this week.

27(27)-Tampa Bay Buccaneers-(2-9)-The Bucs are still only two games out of the playoffs and have a chance to win the division.

28(28)-Washington Redskins-(3-8)-People are saying that the either Gruden or RGIII are headed out next year.

29(29)-New York Jets-(2-9)-Geno Smith has been once again named the starter.

30(30)-Tennessee Titans-(2-9)-Mettenberger for 345 yards in Sunday's loss.

31(32)-Oakland Raiders-(1-10)-So, um, Moshe Football called that upset.

32(31)-Jacksonville Jaguars-(1-10)-The Jags are now last in the rankings.

Week 12 Monday Night Football 2014-2015

New York Jets at Buffalo Bills

Tonight we have the pleasure of watching two Monday Night Football games. Not because it's the first week of the NFL season but because the blizzard in Buffalo will have the game played in Detroit tonight. These two AFC EAST rivals

Bills 31, Jets 21

Baltimore Ravens at New Orleans Saints

The Saints are 4-6 and could pull away from the NFC South division with a win tonight. Drew Brees knows this. The Ravens are also need a win badly for their playoff aspirations. If Joe Flacco and the Ravens win then all AFC North teams will be at seven wins.

Ravens 24, Saints 22

Chargers Stop Rams in Red Zone To Win 27-24

The AFC West and NFC West met yesterday. The Rams and Chargers were both in the hunt for a playoff spot in their respective conferences. Both teams have a top 10 defense and the game showed it. The Rams were up 10-6 in the first half after Janoris Jenkins ran an interception 99 yards for a touchdown. However, in the third quarter the Chargers scored 14 more, the first of which was a 32 yard run by Ryan Mathews. After going down 20-10 though, the Rams came back as Tavon Austin ran, yes ran, it in for a six yard run. Eventually the game was 27-24 and the Rams were within the five yard line. But Marcus Gilchrist intercepted Shaun Hill's pass to end the game.

Charger's Pros - Ryan Mathews looked good and ran for over 100 yards.

Charger's Con - Philip Rivers' interception to Janoris Jenkins shift the momentum to the Rams quickly.

Ram's Pros - The Rams looked like they were going to have another Cardinal's game situation where the game got out of hand. But the Rams fought themselves back in this one.

Rams Cons - The Rams offensive line had some major penalties. In Fact two touchdowns were negated due to Ram's penalties.

Player of the Game: Ryan Mathews

Week 12 Bold Predictions 2014-2015

Three predictions for week 12.

1. Green Bay scores 49 points.

The Packers scored 50+ points in their last two games. However, Aaron Rodgers will fall one point short of extending the streak when he plays the Vikings.

2. The 49ers get five more picks.

Last week the 49ers got five picks against the Giants and will do so again against the Redskins.

3. Miami holds Denver to 7 points.

The Rams did it last week and now it is the Dolphins turn to upset the Broncos.

Game and Dog of the Week: Week 12 2014-2015

GAME OF THE WEEK

Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks

Arizona minus Carson Palmer still finds ways to win. Seattle now is three games behind and if they have any chance to the division it starts now.

Cardinals 14, Seahawks 10

DOG OF THE WEEK

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Chicago Bears

It's not often you see a dog of the week against a 2-8 and a 4-6 teams have some major implications. A win for Chicago puts them in the wildcard race. The Bucs on the other hand are still in their division race as they are only two games out.

Buccaneers 30, Bears 24

UPSET OF THE WEEK

Kansas City Chiefs at Oakland Raiders

The upset of the week will happen on Thursday Night as the Raiders beat the Chiefs. The Raiders need to win one game, right?

Raiders 24, Chiefs 21

Week 12 Power Rankings 2014-2015

*Teams can only move within five spots.

1(1)-Arizona Cardinals-(9-1)-No other power ranking seems to give credit to the team that has been consistently finding ways to win.

2(3)-New England Patriots-(8-2)-This is the number one team in many people's mind.

3(8)-Dallas Cowboys-(7-3)-The Cowboys were on a bye and almost all the teams ahead of them in the rankings lost.

4(9)-Kansas City Chiefs-(7-3)-The Chiefs beat the Rams, Patriots, and Seahawks, the three teams the Broncos lost too.

5(10)-Green Bay Packers-(7-3)-The Packers had their second 50+ point game in a row.

6(4)-Denver Broncos-(7-3)-The Broncos looked bad Sunday and now must worry about their playoff seeding.

7(2)-Philadelphia Eagles-(7-3)-The Eagles showed they are not the best team in the NFC, let alone the second best.

8(5)-Seattle Seahawks-(6-4)-The Seahawks no longer need to worry about winning the division, first they need to focus on making the playoffs.

9(6)-Indianapolis Colts-(6-4)-The Colts helped show that the Patriots are the best team in the AFC.

10(7)-Detroit Lions-(7-3)-The Lions had a good lead on the Packers but should worry given Green Bay's momentum as of late.

11(11)-San Diego Chargers-(6-4)-The Chargers need to worry this week against the Rams who are trying to keep their playoff hopes alive.

12(12)-San Fransisco 49ers-(6-4)-Picking off the opposing QB five times should always get you the win,

13(13)-Baltimore Ravens-(6-4)-Baltimore comes off their bye and face New Orleans on Monday Night.

14(15)-Pittsburgh Steelers-(7-4)-The Steelers always struggle against bad teams.

15(18)-Cincinnati Bengals-(6-3-1)-The tie is helping them currently.

16(14)-Cleveland Browns-(6-4)-The Browns were on top of the division last week and now are in last.

17(19)-Miami Dolphins-(6-4)-The Dolphin fans certainly think they can repeat last week what the Rams did to Denver.

18(17)-Buffalo Bills-(5-5)-It wouldn't be crazy to see the Bills lose the rest of their games.

19(22)-Houston Texans-(5-5)-The Texans are in the playoff race, but also more importantly the division race.

20(16)-New Orleans Saints-(4-6)-The NFC South is the hardest division to predict this year.

21(24)-Chicago Bears-(4-6)-Chicago got a rivalry win, but it was against Minnesota, so...

22(25)-Atlanta Falcons-(4-6)-Atlanta is currently in first place.

23(27)-St. Louis Rams-(4-6)-The Rams finish what was called their "tough stretch" this week against San Diego.

24(20)-New York Giants-(3-7)-Eli Manning looks bad, five picks bad.

25(21)-Carolina Panthers-(3-7-1)-The Panthers finally get their bye. Maybe it came just a tad too late?

26(23)-Minnesota Vikings-(4-6)-In case you still any false hope, Adrian Peterson is definitely not returning this season.

27(30)-Tampa Bay Buccaneers-(2-8)-The Bucs are only two games out of first place.

28(26)-Washington Redskins-(3-7)-It may be premature but some people are claiming the RGIII will be out of Washington this year.

29(28)-New York Jets-(2-8)-The Jets come off a bye to face Buffalo.

30(29)-Tennessee Titans-(2-8)-The Titans now find them selves in the bottom three.

31(31)-Jacksonville Jaguars-(1-9)-Jacksonville is fighting for second place in the draft since Oakland won't give it up.

32(32)Oakland Raiders-(0-10)-Now even the St. Louis game doesn't look winnable.

Wednesday, November 12, 2014

Week 11 Bold Predictions 2014-2015

Three predictions

1. Austin Davis enters the game.

Word has come that Shaun Hill will start for the Rams against the Broncos, but we bet Davis comes in eventually.

2. Cleveland is only AFC North team to win this week.

The Browns will get their big lead for a playoff push.

3. Falcons and Panthers tie.

Just seems right.

Game and Dog of the Week: Week 11 2014-2015

GAME OF THE WEEK

New England Patriots at Indianapolis Colts

Tom Brady Vs Andrew Luck. What more can you ask for?

Patriots 41, Colts 39

DOG OF THE WEEK

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Washington Redskins

This game we did not ask for.

Buccaneers 20, Redskins 14

UPSET OF THE WEEK

Tennessee Titans at Pittsburgh Steelers.

Monday Night Football might be fun this week, even though we said not to watch it in the power rankings.

Titans 21, Steelers 20

Thursday Night Football Week 11 2014-2015

A preview of tomorrow's game.

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins

This will be a good one. But more importantly, this game can have playoff implications. The Bills led by Kyle Orton are 5-4. The Dolphins led by Ryan Tannehill are 5-4 too. Both teams just came off a loss, Bills to the Chiefs and the Dolphins to the Lions. Any chance for these AFC East teams to make the playoffs comes in this game.

Dolphins 31, Bills 20

Week 11 Power Rankings 2014-2015

*Teams can only move with in five spots week to week.

1(1)-Arizona Cardinals-(8-1)-The game against the Rams might seem meaningless but a loss would of put Seattle with in one game.

2(2)-Philadelphia Eagles-(7-2)-The Eagles came off a 40+ point game, but face a test this week in Lambeau Field.

3(3)-New England Patriots-(7-2)-The Patriot come off their bye and face Indianapolis in a big AFC showdown.

4(4)-Denver Broncos-(7-2)-It seem like the Broncos score at least 40 points every game.

5(5)-Seattle Seahawks-(6-3)-Seattle will have a road test in Kansas City, they recently destroyed the Rams.

6(6)-Indianapolis Colts-(6-3)-The Colts like the Patriots just got off a bye which will make their game even more interesting.

7(7)-Detroit Lions-(7-2)-Reggie Bush got to play against his former team from Miami, but he only recorded 25 total yards.

8(8)-Dallas Cowboys-(7-3)-The Cowboys got back into winning fashion with a win against Jacksonville.

9(10)-Kansas City Chiefs-(6-3)-Kansas City represents the first move in the power rankings this week.

10(11)-Green Bay Packers-(6-3)-Green Bay scored a scorching 55 points on Sunday Night in prime time.

11(9)-San Diego Chargers-(5-4)-The Chargers need to get back into the winning mood, and this is the week to do it as they play against the Raiders.

12(12)-San Francisco 49ers-(5-4)-The 49ers have to worry about making the playoffs this year.

13(15)-Baltimore Ravens-(6-4)-Baltimore is 6-4 and has really surprised this blog.

14(18)-Cleveland Browns-(6-3)-Cleveland is the surprise of the year. The are now 1st place in their division.

15(13)-Pittsburgh Steelers-(6-4)-This has been the problem with the Steelers all season long. They are too streaky and play up or down to their opponent.

16(16)-New Orleans Saints-(4-5)-The Saints have not been above .500 all season.

17(17)-Buffalo Bills-(5-4)-The Bills get a touch but winnable game next week down in Miami.

18(15)-Cincinnati Bengals-(5-3-1)-The Bengals look to be on their way down fast.

19(19)-Miami Dolphins-(5-4)-The Dolphins have been the definition of mediocre.

20(20)-New York Giants-(3-6)-At this point in the season a lot of the teams are set in place.

21(21)-Carolina Panthers-(3-6-1)-The Panthers have double the losses then they have wins. Yet, they are still a game out of the division title.

22(22)-Houston Texans-(4-5)-The Texans face the Browns.

23(23)-Minnesota Vikings-(4-5)-The Vikings face the number 24 ranked Bears.

24(24)-Chicago Bears-(3-6)-It must be hard to be a Bear fan and lose to your biggest Rivals like that.

25(27)-Atlanta Falcons-(3-6)-You can call it lazy writing that many of the teams have moved spots, but here is one move.

26(25)-Washington Redskins-(3-6)-The Redskins come off the bye to face the Bucs, which is more dog of the week than the Vikings/Bears.

27(26)-St. Louis Rams-(3-6)-The Rams had some tough luck in the 4th quarter and now it looks like Austin Davis is being pulled from the starting position.

28(29)-New York Jets-(2-8)-You got to wonder in that win will save Rex's career.

29(28)-Tennessee Titans-(2-7)-Don;t watch Monday night's game. It might suck unless Pittsburgh does another showing like they just did. Maybe the Titans can be fun?

30(30)-Tampa Bay Buccaneers-(1-8)-The Bucs. That is all.

31(31)-Jacksonville Jaguars-(1-9)-The Jags. That is all.

32(32)-Oakland Raiders-(0-9)-Now it;s more likely to see them not win a game.

Week 10 Monday Night Football 2014-2015

This week's Monday night preview.

Carolina Panthers at Philadelphia Eagles

The Panthers who have become a huge disappointment hopes to win this game in order to keep their playoff hopes alive after the Saints lost yesterday. Normally, the Eagles should be favorites no matter what, but what makes this game interesting is the fact that Nick Foles is out. Mark Sanchez best known for his butt fumble while on the Jets will be the starting QB tonight. But guess what, he looked good last week and in the preseason. Cam Newton vs Mark Sanchez, who would of thought?

Panthers 24, Eagles 21

Cardinals End Strong In The 4th To Beat The Rams 31-14

The Rams upset NFC West rivals the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers recently. This week they hoped to continue the tradition by upsetting the Arizona Cardinals. It looked just like that may happen as the Rams had a 14-10 lead heading into the 4th. Then Carson Palmer went down as all the Ram fans rejoiced knowing they were likely to win. However, Drew Stanton came into the game and had other plans. He threw a huge touchdown to John Brown for 48 yards. After that the stadium got revitalized which gave Patrick Peterson and the Cardinals defense momentum to end the game with a sting.

Cardinals Pros - The ability of Drew Stanton to come into the game out of nowhere and be ready to play.

Cardinals Cons - For the first few quarters they were going to let the Rams get back into the NFC West race.

Rams Pros - The defensive line was looking good again especially Robert Quinn.

Rams Cons - Penalties took them out of many scoring situations. Those problems start with head coach Jeff Fisher.

Player of the Game: Drew Stanton

Week 10 Bold Predictions 2014-2015

Three predictions exclusively for today's 4 P.M eastern games.

1. Oakland gets their first win.

We've predicted a few times that the Raiders would get their first win, but now we got them beating the Broncos. Maybe this will be a Bronco's trap game?

2. Rams get eight sacks.

Last week the Rams got eight sacks on Colin Kaepernick. This week it'll be the Cardinals offensive line giving up the sacks.

3. Russel Wilson runs for 150 yards.

The Giants don't have one of the best run defenses and Russel Wilson of the Seahawks is one of if not the best running QBS in the league. He'll get 150 on the ground as the Hawks pound the New York football Giants.

Thursday, November 6, 2014

Game and Dog of the Week: Week 10 2014-2015

GAME OF THE WEEK

Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals

Thursday Night Football once again is the game of the week. The Cleveland Browns have become one of this year's surprise teams. They are at 5-3 and Brian Hoyer has made the role of QB his. The Bengals started the season great but had a rough few middle weeks. However, the Bengals are now back on track, especially after beating the Ravens two weeks ago. It wasn't too long ago that these teams would fight for last place in the AFC North, but now their games have major playoff impacts.

Bengals 28, Browns 16

DOG OF THE WEEK

Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Heading into week 10, these two teams have a combined three wins. Both disappointments start with each team's coach. Mike Smith is having another disappointing season with the Falcons, and there is speculation that he is on his way out. Lovie Smith came into Tampa Bay with much anticipation, but they are seemingly fizzled. It would be major speculation and a bold prediction, but a little fair to suggest maybe Smith will be on his way out too.

Buccaneers 17, Falcons 16

UPSET OF THE WEEK

St. Louis Rams at Arizona Cardinals

The Rams find themselves in the upset of the week once again. They did it last week versus the 49ers, and now they are ready to take out NFC West's 1st place team. If there is a team to do it it is the Rams.

Rams 27, Cardinals 14

Brady Vs. Manning

This past Sunday we got the to witness the 16th match up between Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. These two great quarterbacks have been the premier of the league for a long time. Many consider one of these two quarterbacks to be the winner of their era. Who that is exactly though is still unclear. Let's delve into each player's career.
Tom Brady came into the league out of the blue. He was drafted to the Patriots in the 6th round of the 2000 draft. Brady took over for Drew Bledsoe and became a Patriot sensation. Brady has won three Superbowls and two Superbowl MVPs. Tom Brady also has won two regular season MVPs.
Peyton Manning was the first overall pick in the 1998 draft by the Indianapolis Colts. Peyton has won one Superbowl (named MVP) and been to three. He has been taken both the Colts and Broncos to the Superbowl. Peyton also has won five MVP awards.
So, both players have their share of success, but who takes the place as the past era's QB title? The answer is Tom Brady. Yes, Manning has the awards, and some great records, but Brady has the rings, and that is what it comes down to. Let's look at Lebron James in the NBA for a second. James is a physical specimen and is a stat king, but he only has two NBA titles compared to Kobe Bryant and Tim Duncan who have five. Bill Russell was by no means the best NBA player but he had 11 rings, So, Manning is the better QB, but Brady has had the better career unless Manning can get another ring under his belt.

Week 10 Power Rankings 2014-2015

*Note that teams can move up and down five spots at most.

1(2)-Arizona Cardinals-(7-1)-Many give the Patriots the advantage here, but the Cardinals have the better streak, in a harder division, and find ways to win no matter what.

2(5)-Philadelphia Eagles-(6-2)-Nick Foles went down, but that is exactly why the Eagles didn't trade Mark Sanchez who played great in the preseason and this past Sunday.

3(7)-New England Patriots-(6-2)-The Patriots are now the best team in the AFC and Tom Brady is the MVP favorite according to an ESPN experts survey.

4(1)-Denver Broncos-(6-2)-Is it really that surprising of a loss? Looking at the Broncos team, you can clearly see they have some big flaws and are not as good as a few NFC teams.

5(3)-Seattle Seahawks-(5-3)-This week the Seahawks are the 5th ranked team and last week they were the 3rd. Interesting coincidence that is similar to their 5-3 record.

6(8)-Indianapolis Colts-(6-3)-The Colts got the win they much needed on Monday night after a bad loss last week to the Steelers.

7(9)-Detroit Lions-(6-2)-The Lions are coming rested off a bye, and face Miami.

8(6)-Dallas Cowboys-(6-3)-The Cowboys have now lost two straight games and many are wondering if this team is still legitimate Superbowl contenders, or can even make the playoffs.

9(4)-San Diego Chargers-(5-4)-The Chargers dropped five spots after being shut out by the Dolphins.

10(12)-Kansas City Chiefs-(5-3)-The Chiefs have played well as of late and crack the top ten this week.

11(13)-Green Bay Packers-(5-3)-The Packers play the Bears this week in the NFL's most historic rivalry.

12(11)-San Francisco 49ers-(4-4)-49er fans are really living up to the nickname "The Whiners" after this week's defeat.

13(18)-Pittsburgh Steelers-(6-3)-Is Tom Brady really the MVP? Ben Roethlisberger is the reason the Steelers are even above .500.

14(14)-Cincinnati Bengals-(5-2-1)-The AFC North really is the most fun division to watch this year.

15(10)-Baltimore Ravens-(5-4)-Three AFC North teams in a row..

16(15)-New Orleans Saints-(4-4)-It is amazing that the Saints are now in control of their division without a winning record, and starting the season of horribly.

17(17)-Buffalo Bills-(5-3)-The Bills come off a bye and face a nice but winnable challenge in the form of Kansas City.

18(19)-Cleveland Browns-(5-3)-All teams in the AFC North have at least five wins. This could be Cleveland's year to make the playoffs.

19(21)-Miami Dolphins-(5-3)-Miami continues to make a push and strong case for the playoffs.

20(16)-New York Giants-(3-5)-Eli Manning lost again to the Colts, but it is in the spirit of the Giants to look like their season is lost and then make a push for the wildcard.

21(20)-Carolina Panthers-(3-5-1)-The Panthers are collapsing before our eyes.

22(22)-Houston Texans-(4-5)-The Texans have lost four out of their last five games after starting the season 3-1.

23(26)-Minnesota Vikings-(4-5)-The Vikings have surprised as of late and are just one game under .500.

24(23)-Chicago Bears-(3-5)-The Bears have a must win game in Green Bay. They did it last year.

25(24)-Washington Redskins-(3-6)-RGIII's game back was spoiled and some people were calling for the return of hot handed Colt McCoy.

26(27)-St. Louis Rams-(3-5)-The Rams have beaten Seattle and San Francisco within the past three weeks.

27(25)-Atlanta Falcons-(2-6)-It seem likely that Mike Smith will no longer be with the Falcons at the start of next season.

28(28)-Tennessee Titans-(2-6)-The Titans can reasonably be the upset of the week this week as they play Baltimore.

29(29)-New York Jets-(1-8)-The only team the Jets beat this year was the Raiders back in week one.

30(30)-Tampa Bay Buccaneers-(1-7)-You have to wonder if the Bucs will clean house despite Lovie Smith's first year as coach.

31(31)-Jacksonville Jaguars-(1-8)-The last three teams can be interchangeable.

32(32)-Oakland Raiders-(0-8)-St. Louis looks like the only winnable team left to beat on their schedule.

Week 9 Bold Predictions 2014-2015

Three predictions exclusively for tonight's Monday Night Football game of the Colts vs Giants

1. Eli Manning has more passing yards than Andrew Luck.

Eli Manning may only be at 1,573 passing yards compared to Luck's 2,731 yards, but watch out for Manning to go on a rampage.

2. T.Y. Hilton has three touchdowns.

Hilton has become quite the receiver and tonight the whole world can see it.

3. Manning gets his first win against the Colts.

Manning never beat the Colts and maybe he will do it tonight, except not when his brother Peyton Manning was in control.

Week 9 Monday Night Football 2014-2015

A preview of the game on ESPN soon.

Indianapolis Colts at New York Giants

The Colts are heading to the Big Apple to take on the Giants. After a big loss to the Steelers, the Colts need a big bounce back for momentum sake. However, they face the Giants who are just coming off a bye. Andrew Luck is almost at 3,000 passing yards while Eli Manning is only at just above 1,500. Both teams need to win for playoff hopes, but the Giants at 3-4 have more of a stake at risk.

Rams Stop 49ers Short 13-10

The Rams and 49ers have one of the most storied rivalries in NFL history. However, as of the past ten years or so, the 49ers have seen the better side of the games. Not today though, as James Laurinaitis picked up Colin Kaepernick's fumble in the end zone on the second to last play of the game. The Rams may have saved their season, though their playoff hopes are still slim as they play the 7-1 Cardinals next week.

Rams Pros - The Defensive line was absolutely amazing. They had eight sacks led by Robert Quinn's two.

Rams Cons - Austin Davis played very poorly making Rams fans wonder about his future. He had a QBR of 44.6.

49ers Pros - Anquan Boldin played solid and was just short of 100 yards.

49ers Cons - The offensive line who allowed Kaepernick to be sacked so many times.

Player of the Game: James Laurinaitis

Game and Dog of the Week: Week 9 2014-2015

GAME OF THE WEEK

Denver Broncos at New England Patriots

Or better put Peyton Manning at Tom Brady. Both QBs are the best of the past era, and today they meet for the 16th time. However, this game has a little bit of an edge as whichever team wins will have control of the AFC.

Patriots 40, Broncos 24

DOG OF THE WEEK.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Cleveland Browns.

The Browns actually shouldn't be a dog of the week team. However, mix in the fact they play the Buccaneers, and all teams equal to the Bucs play better teams, now you have the dog. Browns should get the win, but the Bucs are do one too.

Buccaneers 21, Browns 6

UPSET OF THE WEEK.

St. Louis Rams at San Francisco 49ers

This week we are adding in an upset. This feature is being tried out and may get its own articles in the future. The 49ers got the best of the Rams last week, but Jeff Fisher knows how to beat superior teams in is division.
